Summary From me

Samsung Galaxy A12 comes with 6.5 inches PLS IPS HD+ screen. It has a Full-View waterdrop notch design. The back camera is of quad 48+5+2+2 MP with Autofocus, LED flash, depth sensor, dedicated macro camera etc. and Full HD video recording. The front camera is of 8 MP. Galaxy A12 comes with 5000 mAh battery with 15W fast charging. It has 3, 4 or 6 GB RAM, up to 2.35 GHz octa-core CPU and PowerVR GE8320 GPU. It is powered by a Mediatek Helio P35 (12nm) chipset. The device comes with 32, 64 or 128 GB internal storage and dedicated MicroSD slot. There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor in this phone. Now about the body, although its plastic build but it feels really good and premium for this budget range when you hold the phone, its also gives you good grip. While  plying PUBGM it was almost unplayable too much lag frame drop, CODM was running pretty good but in lowest setting possible, FREE FIRE was running really good compare to other to games. It has really good battery backup, on heavy usage you will get 9-10 hours screen time and normal to moderate usage up to 48 hours. Now camera in day light the pics were good, well detailed and good colored but gets a little soften in indoor, in low light pcs details gets really low and gets a lot of noise and it dose not have night mode. Now front camera, in day light pics quality were really good but as same as back camera in low light details and sharpness gets low  and gets a  little washed out. Now how good is this phone? Well to me its not that bad and would been better if the price gets a little low cause in this budget range competition is really high and if your looking for brand value, a reliable brand , good battery backup and with decent camera then i would recommend this phone for you.
